The WK Utility Rifle

I'd love a .22lr upper for the WK180, have the same rifle be both my plinker and varminter

Exactly my thoughts too.

If this platform became that modular I'd skip the NR AR15ish upper and lowers being offered by other makers. One platform with one manual of arms is very desirable to me which is where the AR15 really shines but I'm not interested in range use only guns.

Oh Damn.... So much for my rifle design....

This looks very very similar...:(

For the record Wolverine.... I posted about mine a while ago....

They say great minds think alike. Also for the record I don't believe I have ever seen your design before. This girl is a hybrid taking ideas from many different existing designs.

... this unit will be chambered in the larger 30 Cal cartridges...
What do you all think!
Looks promising. I don't see the reversible ejection?
Can I get it in .300Win?
No. He means the .308win family of calibers. Same possibilities than the XCR-M, AR10, etc.: .260rem, 7mm-08, .338fed, .358win, etc.

No .300blackout, no .30-06, no .300wm, no .300rum and no .300nosler.

.300 blackout would be easy as a barrel swap on the .223 version...but yeah the others would be a new long action design.

Look at the COAL of the 28/30 Nosler. Now look at the COAL of the 308 Win. Now ask yourself if the 28/30 Nosler will fit into a 308 Win magazine.

As for the 224V, that fits in a standard AR15 so that might be a clue as to whether or not it might fit in Wolverine's 5.56 rifle.
