OMG, just bought a BLR in 308 and a VX-2 in 2-7x33 for deer hunting this fall. the FUDD is strong. What is happening to me!

I started all tacti-cool with semi auto sythetic everything......Now I can't get enough of the walnut bolt actions! Go hardcore FUDD for huntin. Hardcore Tacti-Cool for other stuff. Town and Country!

I like that! definitely me style, ARs and P320s when needed, levers and bolts when things slow down.

Here in Sooke, Stanfields are the go to fer pretty much all'round use. Langford (The lower armpit of Van Isle) has a more urbanian mix of dress codes. It looks like fookin' Young Street or Surrey in that clusterfook. Has it been a while since you've been out here?

Good choice on the 2-7 VX 2 OP. I've generally put the more traditional safari type scopes on my levers in the past.

I was posted and lived out there last year ( up in whooville next to the new Belmont HS). years ago ( back in 2003) i also bought my first house in Whiffin Spit out in Sooke.
