28 Nosler vs 7mm Rem Mag.

If you are are concerned about the cost of shooting a 28 nosler then its not for you.

The only reason im concerned about the price is the simple fact if I can be close to the same speed with a 7mm mag throated long, why would I go through the hassle of finding brass, dies etc? Just to say I shoot a new 28 nosler. I dont mind forking out the cash for brass n what not if its quality and performs. Id still be shooting my 300 RUM if I didnt have to spend $110 for 25 hornady brass. If it was lapua or norma brass I would fork out the coin for it, but not Hornady.

Your going to still be spending about $100 per 25 for nosler. And your going to get about 800 rounds on a barrel. Not sure how much you will be gaining on the 300rum you already had besides being able to mag feed it with out having to loose case capacity.

And thats another thing, I dont think you will gain on the RUM at all. I think the old 7 mag is gunna get the nod. Thanks fellas!
