Hello,

I purchased a TRG22 off the CGN boards about a year ago and have had problems with one of the 308 magazines.

The magazine is not reliably loading (including after the cleaning of the rifle.) This occurs around the halfway of the magazine

Is there a way to fix this? Will I need to speak with the manufacturers rep or is this one of those it broke and you need to buy a new one?

I would say you probably have a defective magazine or it is really dirty or something along those lines. Did it recently stop working?

I actually would say (and this is sacrilege) that the TRG mags are superior to the AI AW magzines in terms of function) pricing, and COAL concerns aside.

I respect your right to be wrong on the ai mags vs trg mags.

That being said have you disassembled and cleaned the mags? Chirping aside trg mags are quite excellent.

It is a clean magazine, but the follower seems easier to move. It was working relatively well for a bit and then just started getting failures to feed.

I dont believe the trg mags can be disassembled as they are welded on the bottom no?

If you push down on where back end of cartridge would be and slide the follower forward it will come out. It is attached to the spring and the spring seems attached to mag bottom. Let's you see inside the mag . I didn't try to disassemble any more as I don't want to create issue that I don't have. Maybe can see something in there.
