Lee Precision warranty

Yes, but their site negates the point of warranty. with part that is busted cost 1.50 yet their shipping is 40$ to my place.

Oh, I see.... so you expect that a warranty includes white glove delivery to your doorstep... or perhaps a more convenient locale? It's not that abnormal for anyone's warranty to dictate that you send it in at your expense... most will send it back to you at their expense... not all, but most.

I'm saying on their site it may be 1.50 part but delivery negates the price. Further more we are in Canada and not in US.

I bought the Lee bench prime last year and the large size primer insert broke . All I did was take a pic of the broken part in my warrenty claim . I was mailed out a new part within 2 weeks , no shipping charge.

I just contacted them for a broken decapping pin on my 6.5 mandrel.
It’s an issue they warn about (undersized European flash holes in some brass) that I failed to consider...so I broke my pin. Then I figured I could still move forward by using my universal decapping die...yup, broke that too.
So I get around to contacting Lee to buy replacement parts and they offer warranty.
I could mail them in (cheap) or pay the freight and just have them sent to me.
I chose to add a few extra items to the order and pay the freight, which was under $20.00.
Pretty fantastic customer service if you ask me, they showed unbelievable trust of their customers in my opinion.
