Never saw it before so I looked it up . Total California gun because pistol grips are illegal there. I like this model better but I wish it was 556/223 not just 223.
I heard that was how they got cleared for the Canadian market but don't understand why. I sent a message to Kel Tec to and 2 days later they confirmed it.

It's not a 20" barrel it's 20.5" barrel.

Measure again. 19.9"
Just did for 4th time, get the same 20.5". 21.75" to end of flash hider, barrel is set back 1.25" from end of flash hider.

I believe for the purposes of Canadian law barrel length is measured using a dowl from th closed bolt face to the muzzle tip, threaded, pinned, or welded on muzzle devices do not count.
As mentioned by Onetwentyish I'm measuring using a rod with the bolt closed.
