Took my new carbine out. I have the synthetic version with the updated sights. I added a NECG peep sight and tested it out today. Sighted in at 50 yards I can still hit things out to 300+ yards with like no hold over whatsoever. Amazingling accurate now. Should be nice for hitting steel plates

Did you have issues zeroing the rifle with the factory front sight? I think someone posted that now the CZ-527's front sights now have vertical adjustment.

No issues. Mine has the new adjustable front sight. Works peachy. Amazing how accurate I could hit things without changing a thing. Worth 100$ for that NECG sight !

Mine is the older model; I matched up the NECG ghost ring with their brass faced Patridge front sight that I'm partial to.

Where are you guys ordering the NECG from? I like the factory sights, but I've wanted to try this out for a while.

I have the 7.62x39 version. It's an awesome little carbine. It can smack whatever you want from far away with wand waving effort. I skipped then.223 only because I like to take it deer hunting. It's the perfect gun for pushing deer light compact and easy to handle. I like it so much that I ordered a CZ557 in .308 for a bit more reach in places. I modified nothing on my rifle except shooting a few hundred rounds... it became more accurate after every 50 eds. After about 200 it became a laser.

Precisionarma.ca for NECG sights. They ordered one in and it was a short time till I had it.

This rifle does not feed ammo nearly as easy as my tikka 223 does from the magazine but the way it handles and shoots is absolutely peachyness lol

Over the years I've bought several sights directly from NECG, without any issue.
