"Easily converted Prohib"

Does anyone here have a link to the term used in the FRT when the RCMP deemed a gun "easily converted" and called it prohibited?

When I just looked at the FRT, it appears as though they changed the wording for this as I remember it sounding vastly different.

There was the semi-auto RPD that they deemed prohibited last year for the above reason.

Same with the hk 243. I think it was designed to specifically be harder to convert than the g36 but ended up prohib

Thanks for the input gents. I found the "old" wording that I was looking for.

The RCMP lab uses this terminology to refer to guns they don't like, and 'suspect' could, possibly (if you had a good enough machine shop, and talented engineers and machinists) convert to FA. I don't recall the model, but there was one a few years ago which they deemed prohibited, as they claimed it could be "easily converted"...despite the fact that their machinists, technicians, and experts were completely unable to accomplish it, even given the 2-3 years that they tried. "Easily" is a relative term - if it's even within the remotest, faintest possibility, then it is "easily converted".
