Derya MK12 Shotgun overall Length?

Hey Gang,
Not sure if my google fou is off today but I can't find the over all length for the Derya MK12 Shotgun I now the barrel is 20" but to whole over all length I just can't find it

Stock all the way in 37"
Stock all the way out 40"
