Yes. 11.6 barrels with a IUR upper is exceedingly rare in the public. A Diemaco 11.6 FSB upper is almost unknown outside military circles. Derrob7 has built an amazing 11.6 IUR clone utilizing a 11.6 CC MMR barrel I think,

Colt Canada cleared out their warehouse awhile back. I got of list of what was up for sale, your upper was on it. I passed on it the prices were even stupidly expensive for me as a collector. The uppers went for between $1500-$3500 for the rare ones.

Speaking of 15.7” IURS, has anyone here ever seen a pic of a 15.7 with an over the barrel shroud? My google foo is not strong on this one. Thinking it would look slick and may be an easy way to mimick the looks of that 11.6 suppressed barrel....

Nothing super rare like some I've seen on here, but my MRR and SAS - I've wanted a B5 Sopmod stock for the SAS for a while, so also ordered a QD for the ACOG to go with it. Very happy with both of these. I've used the MRR a lot in training, but I think I'd like to run the SAS through its paces a bit more.
