The Remington 700 Police are still parkerized or only matte blued?

I believe the 700P are parkerized if memory serves correct. They don't say on the website.

I've had two 700Ps that were parkerized. They looked very different from my 700 6.5cm barreled action, which looked matte blued.

My M24 was powder-coated.

Is the M24 not centered on the stock or it's just the camera angle?
