STAG 10 Build kits to finish your NR rifle in both 308 and 6.5 Creedmoor

On the reciever post, they mentioned that the barrels camefrom dc machine. does that mean they were chambered there ? Where did they source the tubes n who rifled them?

I like the 20” barrel option. Can you provide more info on the barrel? Like manufacturers, 7.62/308 or just 308... ect

I am definitely interested, also as someone else mentioned, perhaps to have the package split into front and back. Either way, I like this option. Thanks IRG.

Both barrels and BCG were done by DC Machine. Head spacing shouldn't be an issue but we recommend that you double check it. Here is a pic of the completed rifle 9.1lbs Its a tack driver...

That is rather heavy, is it more back weighted for shouldering? Any option for a thinner barrel? Gotta say that looks pretty awesome, nice kit guys.

Will 7.62 work in these without any issues?

Some people will say Yes, some will say no, but typically the 7.62x51 is loaded to lower pressures than 308 Winchester. Although they are not identical they are similar enough to be considered the same thing. Typically it is safe to fire 7.62x51 in 308 win chambers.

Is there an update on the 6.5 twist? You have 1in10 down, but it looks like it was copy pasted from the 308.
1in10 6.5 is very limiting for off the shelf ammo, 1in8 is the typical twist used.
