C.O.R.E Challenge

I have an older version in a pdf. I don't think much has changed. I can email it to you if you want.
Like you, I challenged my core. Most of the stuff in the book was stuff I already knew either from being a gun owner or growing up in Scouting. The one part that really mattered was the animal identification.
Two friends of mine took their pal course and they both said they should have challenged it. The worst part is, their instructor gave them bad info on a few topics that I've had to argue with them about since (the one that comes to mind immediately is they were told a shotgun with ammo in the side saddle is considered loaded and can't be in a vehicle, which is totally wrong... But they were told by someone with authority so they believed it until I pulled up the relevant legalese)

FWIW the newest version is 2017-2018.
Also get a paper copy of the 2018-2020 Hunting - Trapping Synopsis from your local Service BC office - you can (and need to) take the Synopsis with you for the test.
The synopsis was provided for me at the time when I did my test at silvercore.
Why do I get the feeling the big difference in the newest version is almost entirely due to the stupid grizzly bear hunt closure - its not like the wildlife act has undergone major changes...
Its available to buy from the BCWF webstore for $19. I'm assuming that's a paper copy they will mail to you.
