I have ran a few different glock mags, and am currently looking at the magpul magazines for my next purchase. I would like to hear some firsthand experiences, and thought I may as well see what everyone is using. I have actually had ok luck with the KCI mags (33, 50 and 17 round pinned) only issue being 1 doesn't lock back the slide. I cant complain as these were a third of the cost of any other mag. The 10 round Glock mags work as designed and have had no issues in the Gen 3 glock.

For my Glock 21 I use Glock mags but I have tried the long KCI with no issue, for my 17 I use a combo of Glock and Magpul mags with no issue, they work fine. I will say that it's hard to beat the Glock mag for quality.

I exclusively use Glock mags, never had a problem. Saving less than a box of ammo worth of money for anything of lesser quality doesn't make sense to me.

I run Glock 19 pmags all the time and they work well. I had issues with my Glock 17 pmags from the first batch as they would sometime not drop free.

No issues at all with the G19 pmags

This right here. Although I will say the Magpul mags I have are working just as good and have over 1000 rounds on them.

I have used factory Glock mags, Pmags, ETS group and the KCI ones.

I used 3 KCIs in my last IPSC match on Canada Day and nothing bad happened ;) However, when in doubt, get PMag still for the cheapest choice vs qty. But keep in mind they dont' work with magnet mag pouch so if you are shooting competition stage with mags on table you might be screwed.

For normal range day, I think Pmag still the best.

Normally a combo of Glock and KCI without issue, but have recently bought a few Mapgul mags for my Gen3 G17.

The Magpul mags are unreliable in my gun at holding the slide back on the last round. Anybody else experience this?

Known issue with the Magpuls.

I have 12 Glock factory mags for my 19's. Some so old they don't even have the calibre marked on them. 27 years old and still humming right along.

I have several KCI 10/15 pinned mags for my Gen. 4 G19 and they never have worked properly. The follower spring gets hung up on the rivet and causes misfeeds virtually every time. I am not sure if I have ever ran 10 rounds through one of them without a stoppage. I also have 3 Glock 10 round mags that have run 100% every single time. Pmags will be my next purchase.

I use both Glock factory mags - original capacities pinned to 10, and KCI 10/32 9mm mags. I have never tried a Glock factory 10 rd mag.
The KCI mags I bought, and replaced the springs with the Wolff +10% springs. Never had a problem with these; the KCI follower works well also. However, these KCI mags are the ones pinned on the INSIDE of the spine, not with a rivet through the back of the spine. I only saw the internal rivet type for sale during one time frame, when these KCI pinned mags were new to the Canadian market. Everything KCI now has the external rivet.
Again, I cannot comment how the externally rivetted KCI mags function, but I do know the internally rivetted ones have worked flawlessly, in both pistol and rifle. Although, with the Wolff spring, it is quite a challenge to get the 10th round in. I usually run with 9 rounds to save both my thumbs, and society as a whole ;-)

While I'm not a particular fan of Glock firearms (I like Sigs more), their magazines are definitely solid. I have 4 for my Kriss Vector and they all work great. The original one has no issues, and the three G17 33 round (pinned) magazines that I purchased from IRUNGUNS.ca are working perfectly as well.
