Browning Scope

I had one of the Brownings, for a VERY short time. Bushnell handles the waranty.. After the third replacement one and the same problem, the store I orginally purchased it at(Russels) let me replace it with a Leupold and pay the difference in price.....Ken

So, in summary Browning scopes are made by Bushnell, who don't make scopes either. They don't make anything. The scopes they didn't make from Japan, were vastly superior to the ones they don't make in whatever Pacific Rim country will make them the cheapest. Branding is common in low to midrange optics.

The Browning line was brought out a couple of years ago by Bushnell to take advantage of the brand recognition of Browning. The scopes fall in somewhere (in price and performance) between the Elite 3200 and 4200. We didn't have any problems (at least reported to us) and these sold relatively well. The Browning line was dropped from Bushnell last year and is no longer produced. Many shops (including ours) have these available still at discounted prices. Phil.

scope

Thanks guys, that is what I had thought but wasn't sure. I have a bushnell elite 3200 3-9x40 w/firefly (I like the heavy crosshairs) and I haven't had any problem with it so far. I saw the browning scopes discounted as said above and was thinking of buying?? I ordered a leupold for a gun I was thinking about putting the Browning scope on. But, I just bought another gun so I might put the browning scope on it. Maybe.
