Oh I know it’ll fit, I mean can the RCMP determine it’s a centerfire barrel if a collar adapter is needed for it to fire 22LR. If the barrel is stamped 22LR then that’s different.

^^This^^ The barrel would need to be marked 22LR if you want it to be non restricted with a barrel length of less than 18.6”. The adaptor can easily be removed from a .223 barrel so they would look at it like a .223.

JP Enterprises makes one. Your LGS in Red Deer has them on their website. Be prepared for sticker shock.
They are working on lowers right now. From what I have saw last week probably about 50 to 60% done. They are saying probably late September until they are ready to ship.

While we don't have one of those stocks in the shop to test with, I see no reason that would not be compatible with the Modern Sporter. If you can provide the exact dimensions, or someone can bring one by the shop, I'd be happy to confirm the compatibility. Nice design how they've gone to the JP spring to remain using a standard BCG. I do NOT think it would be compatible with the Modern Hunter or Modern Varmint and the side charge system they employ.
I suspect you won't be able to miss the sounds of either jubilation or great disappointment whenever the pony boys get around to issuing it.

Yes it does. It should be labeled as a child entry in relation to the MV/MS rifles if and when the overlords get around to it.
It doesn’t need one to be sold, no firearms produced in Canada need one as long as it doesn’t fit the restricted or prohibited criteria.

They will ship them once they are made, why does everyone think otherwise? Only those with an order placed seem to have got accurate info.
