Ghost Ring Sights for Ruger Mk IV

If you do a search on rugerforum, several years ago there was a guy living around Pocatella, ID making replacement steel ghost ring rear sight inserts with a couple of different aperture diameters for Ruger revolvers. I bought one for a Super Blackhawk, and it worked fine but I sold it along with the revolver.
He may still be in business and the inserts were fairly generic for Ruger rear sights. I think he charged about $15.00 including mailing it up here.

How do you find the performance of the sight compared to the factory ones? I imagine it took a little getting used to eh

Target acqusition is much faster for me. I like it far more than factory sights.
