T97 Paint !

So wanna breathe some new life into my gen I 97 and thinking of doing a nice OD green and black. What paint is good for the polymer and receiver that will hold up and not have to be baked ?

Yep and finish it up with a matt sealer. Don't forget to do a *good* job degreasing it too. The end result is 90% prep work and 10% finish work.

Best way to degrease the polymer? Will mineral spirits hurt the plastic ?

Walmart carries it in Camo colors as well. Degreasing just use a NON-CHLORINATED aerosol brake and parts cleaner from CT or walmart.


Make sure you post some pics when it's all done!!
