3400 is agressive but why not try. Brass is cheap!
3,400 fps with 130 gr. Nosler Accubond. I think that it may be accomplished with Reloder 26.

Like the 25 caliber, .277 is limited by twist rates that were optimum in days gone by. There's no magic in the 270, the 7mm is a better diameter
It will be damn close and pressures won't be too high. It may or may not group the best at that speed, likely to shoot better in the high 3200's

The 7 rem mag has been my go to mule deer rifle for coming on 30 yrs. Its worked well. But I cannot think of a single situation where shooting a 270 win would have put me at a disadvantage....

Like the 25 caliber, .277 is limited by twist rates that were optimum in days gone by. There's no magic in the 270, the 7mm is a better diameter
