BadBoyBeeson IS S&J Hardware!

You will have to check if it small primer, large primer or mixed. If mixed, that is a headache that will surely lower the value.

If all one primer type and headstamp, my guess is around $100 for the lot, which is $0.63 each.

Move the decimal one more place. $100 is 6.3 cents each.

I was about to suggest 5 cents as a fair price for mixed 45 ACP brass.

If it's de-capped, wet tumbled 1F mixed; ~$80/1000pcs seems to be the going price. If you went $100/1000pcs shipped within Canada it likely wouldn't last long.
Heck, I might even be interested if it were all large primer.

I usually sell LG primer, non processed for about $55-60/1000 plus shipping and it seems to sell quickly.
Since the going rate for de-primed and wet tumbled 40S&W brass is $60'ish/1000, it stands to reason that 45ACP LP brass would go quick at the same price, cleaned or not.
If someone offered me that deal locally, it would all be gone as soon as I could type "I'll take it!".

I have bought here, the other site, gun shows. Some are selling $100.00/1000 for unsorted range brass. I have never paid more than $75/1000 for sorted .45.

I bough one lot of range brass, about 2500 from a dealer (came from an estate) that had been loaded multiple times. All large primer, all cleaned for $45.00; I had to throw out less than 100 so far. I bought a second lot for the same price from the dealer, same sized full pail; there was less than 200 .45 on top, the rest were .40 S&W; bought dies and a NP58 and now shoot 40 too.

If you want to get shooting; buy what you need now, and take your time and watch for deals as you go.

Make sure that you have all the same sized primers; this really screws you up reloading if they are not sorted.
