I'd like to thank S&J for a quick response to my inquiry.. Issue resolved .. helmet in hand now.. a little miscommunication but all good now. But a question, how does one loosen the twist tension adjuster at the back of the helmet ? I don't want to reef on it to hard and bust it...

no prob, sorry about that.
so ones u twist it all the way till it stops.
u havethe pull up like a cap on sports drink the take the tension off.
when new you may have the pull on the straps unwind it.
