Decided to replace my old clunky RCBS ammomaster progressive with a new Hornady with all the gizmos like Buckley abd case feeders.

I’m mostly going to load 45acp for Glock 21 and KRISS Vector.

Other than plain cast bullets who has the least expensive projectiles out there? X-metal coated lead? Some plated options? I would be buying 10 000 at a time. They don’t have to be precision accuracy, just work well. :)

I’m not going to cast my own though. ;)

Cheapest I've seen was campros from tenda. 150$/1000, shipped. Maybe for 10k you can get a better price, I only buy 3k at a time so I pay retail.

If you want a whole skid of bullets, you can contact campro directly. A couple of guys in my area buy a skid/year together and they have a good price (skid is mixed between 124grn, 147grn and 240grn), but we live near the factory so they also pick them up by themselves.

I also use hornady's bullet feeder, and the hornady feeder dies. You need something plated/jacketed, the x-metal coated won't work in those dies. If you're gonna use some other feeding die, then disregard this comment.

I'm not sure about BC(since it's further West I can't imagine it will be any better) but Tenda has never been an economically sensible option for me for any caliber. Go get a quote on their website right now and see.
In the context of this thread: $182 shipped/1000 Campro 45ACP 230gr from Tenda, I can get the same deal locally or ~$8 less depending on where I choose to do my business that day.

Tenda offers free shipping for orders 300$ or more for most of canada, so unless GH lives on some remote frozen island in the north, he'll pay less than 150$/1000+tx.

Tenda also has good prices on S&B primers. Also free shipping for an order of 300$ or more.

I looked all over for that piece of info on their webpage and finally found it when I added an item and looked in the cart. They could certainly do a better job of advertising that perk.
Regardless, thanks for bringing it to my attention. :)

I've been buying my campro bullets from western metal (site sponsor) free shipping after $300 so 10,000 bullets will definitely land you free shipping. 2000 bullets and 2000 primers usually ends up just a tad over $300 if memory serves me

If you make a bulk order with campro direct, you get free shipping on a quantity of 80k

On my last mailing, dealer pricing is about 10-15% less than thee best online pricing

45acp 230 RN was $123+gst
