Sightron S!!!, 10x50 scope

I have not looked thru any Sightron stuff, but one of the fellows that I benchrest with took his S3 off and replaced it with a Vortex - a 15-60 Golden Eagle. He is not the only guy that I shoot with that has gone that route this summer. Neither said anything bad about the Sightron.

I took off a Leupold and got a Nightforce this summer.

I have had the opposite experience. I now have a total of 3 who switched from Vortex HST/PST to Sightron.
 
I had one on a 6.5-06,great scope,tracked very well,good glass.Some days I could see my hits on paper at 1000 + yards.The only thing that I could complain about it was it only had 65 MOA,but it did get me to around 1400 yards with a rail.I think 50 x is overkill but was sure nice for spotting.I will go with the 6x32 power on the next one.Just about everyone that has one will tell you, you won't find a better scope for the price.
 
I was mainly interested in whether anyone has had problems with this particular model. I mounted one on my Tikka T3X in .223 and shot it yesterday. I am very happy with it so far. Looking forward to using it again at longer ranges as I only shot it at 100 yards. What is the proper procedure for repairs on this scope if I ever need them. Thanks for your response. Jack
