Which gas gun and why Browning maxus, Beretta a400, Winchester sx3

The Maxus you shouldered was it a wood stock version or synthetic . Having one of each I am finding I shoot the hunter just a little better than the stalker . The comb on the hunter stock is noticeably wider than the stalker (just that much better fit ) . I would suggest shouldering both versions .of the Maxus if that is what you decide .

I have a ata Mirage. I have a feeling it’s similar to that Canuck. My ata Mirage is super light not much of a recoil pad on it. It really kicks. Reliable though. But not a soft shooter.

V3 sorry[/QUOTE]

while ive never shot a v3 ive read plenty of people say its about the lightest recoiling gun in the 7 pound class.

ive shot about most everything else and the versamax is the lightest felt recoil but its also just under 8 pounds. I like the gun but am also looking for one of the lightweight autos.

It was the synthetic version. The wood was a ways out of my price range... Plus it's gonna be a duck gun the wood is too pretty for that.

I've heard the mirage is a good gun.

If it wasn't for the super cell pad it'd be overly uncomfortable to shoot.

I have owned a browning gold for 20 years. And a beretta urika. The browning gold shoots softer. There both reliable.

Hey, does the Gold have that same "browning fit" as how the BPS, Citori, Maxus all feel?

I found those three felt somewhat similar...

And even the Brownings vary fit wise. The 12 gauge Lightning, the 525/625,and the Citori Skeet and XS/XT models, and the Maxus/Silver/Gold all fit me, but the sub gauge Lightning, and the 725s have less drop at comb.
