Can one dress the Stag 10 with AR10 furniture?

not sure but in the last page or two of the stag-10 stripped receiver thread there's a fella was installing handguards on his build and there was an issue due to gas port locations being different between armalite(ar-10) and dpms(LR308/SR25)
so whatever retro style handguard you choose , needs to be compatible with dpms rifle length gas system or you'll need to modify.

I've been wanting to get a set of the retro furniture and components to do a retro-ish build but might have to do the handguard custom from scratch.

This is exactly why the Armalite gas tube is longer. You cannot install handguards on a DPMS length gas system, it’s too short.
