as a thought for politicians if we can come up with someone and dearly wish the factory reps would speak up on how far fetched it is to call something easily converted.
So if someone had an article explaining how it is not possible for the average owner to acquire parts and plans and machining etc on any of the restricted and prohibs, I'm guessing the oppositions would love to have that

While I don't disagree, or think it's a bad idea, this is a government that blatantly ignores facts as well as over 86 thousand voters just to continue their agenda.

I doubt any amount of factual information can persuade this rogue government.

I'm afraid your concept is based on misunderstanding.

Certain vintages of the CZ 858 were (will be again) prohibited not because they are "easy to convert to full auto", the RCMP has never said that, and nobody who knows what they are talking about ever said that.

Certain vintages of the CZ858 were (will be again) prohibited because their receivers were once assembled into working, select-fire rifles, thus they meet the Criminal Code definition of "converted automatic".

Whether or not they are easy to convert, unconvert, reconvert, or whatever, doesn't enter into it, and any armourer commentary on the subject is a waste of air.

I agree. While this Liberal Government (or any Liberal government really) is in power, new and more gun regulations and restrictions are the only thing they are interested in, facts be damned. No matter what the left says, gun control is not crime control.

This.
We have to get rid of "converted auto is prohibited ". Many countries have CA in the category of "semi auto" and nobody converts them back.
