I decided to order one of these earlier today, I figured it was worth a shot for $25. Just wondering if anyone has ordered one as well? Also wondering if this is something new for Trade Ex, or have they offered similar items before?
What seriously, oh man I might have to look into this.
Ordered one yesterday. Really can't go wrong.
Their display ad shows several pistol parts that are worth that much each and more.
I wonder how they get away with putting prohibited length pistol barrels into the mix????
TURF THE LIBERALS IN 2019
Liberals really like POOR people, they're making more of them every day
If you can't vote CPC, stay at home in protest
Until you attach a barrel to a receiver, legally, it's just a metal tube.
Not a pistol barrel. Shorter than legal length pistol barrels are prohibited devices. As you state, rifle and shotgun barrels are just metal until they are attached.

That's not true. If it's 105mm and under it's a prohibited device if it can be attached to a frame. Check it out. I've had to hand in several. You need a 126a license to have prohibited parts. Ask moderator "tiriaq"
This has been going on since 2015, almost immediately AFTER THE LIBERALS TOOK OVER.
Can't find anything in the act, or opinion piece issued by the Horse Cops that agrees with that. *shrug* Not that I have any doubt that the Horse Cops would make crap up as they go along, out of pure spite.
No its the law, pretty clear actually. Just found in the Criminal Code. http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/page-18.html#h-37
"prohibited device means
(b) a handgun barrel that is equal to or less than 105 mm in length, but does not include any such handgun barrel that is prescribed, where the handgun barrel is for use in international sporting competitions governed by the rules of the International Shooting Union,"
Its not in the firearms act. There are lots of things that aren't in the firearms act including Storage regulations and prohibition orders. The firearms act isn't the only piece of legislation that applies though.
Bingo. It's in the criminal code, not FA.
FA act is in criminal code.

No offense but you really expect people to take you seriously? With the costing putting that line in all your posts? It's not even a sig line.
