I've tried to tell them they need to do something about the high automatic shipping charges twice over the last year but it hasn't changed.
On the plus side, when I called in twice and asked about it, they adjusted the shipping charge for me to be much more reasonable. To a figure that would be in line with what you'd expect other Canadian retailers to be around.
On the negative side, they've never answered an email for me and it's like pulling teeth trying to get them on the phone.
Speaking of... Still waiting for a response in regards lowering the shipping on order # USO-11362 on this matter.
