During his visit to Kalashnikov's shooting range in Kubinka outside Moscow, Vladimir Putin hit three out of five targets firing from the SVCh-308, a new semi-automatic rifle first unveiled at the Army-2017 military-technical forum last year.
I guess that is not bad a score for a president of the country. Trump wouldn't do better than that at 600m.

The Chukavin SVCh semi-automatic sniper / designated marksman rifle is a prototype of the new precision weapon system, being developed by “Kalashnikov” Group based on direct input from snipers from several Russian elite Special Forces units. It is intended for precision engagement of individual targets at ranges of up to 1000 meters or even further, depending on the version. With proper ammunition, these rifles are capable of 1 MOA or better accuracy.
The SVCh rifle is being developed for three most common military rifle cartridges, the 7,62×51 NATO, 7,62x54R and .338 Lapua Magnum (also known as 8.62x69mm). Between the two 7.62mm versions, rifle has very high commonality of parts. The .338LM SVCh-8.6 rifle has necessarily larger receiver, magazine housing and bolt group.
SVCh rifle has an inverted U-shaped receiver, made from steel, with solid top that offers a stable platform for optics, with integrated Picatinny rail. Trigger and magazine housing unit is made from lightweight alloy. Rifle features short stroke piston gas operated action and rotary bolt locking. Manual gas regulator ensures smooth and reliable operation under all conditions, with and without sound suppressor. Rifle is fed from detachable box magazines. In 7.62x54R version, it uses magazines compatible with Dragunov SVD sniper rifle; In 7.62×51 NATO and in .338LM it uses proprietary magazines with standard and high capacity.
Rifle features ambidextrous controls. Side folding stock is adjustable for length of pull. Standard accessories include detachable folding bipod and quick-detachable tactical sound suppressor.

Ha! Vepr 157/159 produced by the Molot factory! Molot is my favourite Russian firearms factory. From time to time I go to their website and salivate at all those nice rifles they have. If not for stupid sanctions on Russia by western idiots we would have been flooded here in Canada with relatively inexpensive and great quality Russian firearms. Anyway, stupid politics.

By the way, after Hungary, Slovakia started to grant en mass their citizenship to Western part of former Ukraine... think what would happen in 5 years... Ukraine will disappear not only de facto, but in political reality, and completely... Poland doesn't advertise this policy, but at least 100K of former Ukrainians got Polish passport, in the past year! w/o leaving their houses... do you think it is a good sign?
Also, do you think it is normal practice to bomb your own cities in the Eastern part of the country... or this is a bad practice only when it applies to Russian in Chechnya? Also, do you think it is normal to blame Russian troupes in the Eastern part of the country and yet no photo evidence in the past 4 years? Also, is it normal to be in War with Russia and yet export more than 1.5mln workers to Russia yearly and do business/ trade as if there is no war with Russia ... or maybe there is no war with Russia and there is civil war with its own citizens in the East?

I cannot write here which language he mentioned, but it was not English either... He was killed soon by pro-Kremlin special forces.... Do I agree with Mr Putin after that murder... not quite

They were given farming acherages, so these murderous degenerates got away with murdering their own people during the war, now, as it appears, some of their spawn surfaced on these forae.
