Matching his and hers CZ 75 SP-01 Shadows. This is the first time at the range - targets are at 8 yrds - first 10 and second 10. Looking forward to getting better, shooting more and getting involved in IPSC and 3 gun. Our outdoor range is awesome and with the changing weather we’re also looking forward to trying out the indoor range as well.

Its a great pistol, I bought that and a Tokarev same day as my first's. Then picked up a 22lr pistol a while after. Shoot a few hundred rounds through your pistol before you get a good sense of how accurate it is... I have multiple CZ firearms rifles etc and all of them were ok accuracy-wise when I got them new but after 200 rounds were lasers.
My CZ likes lots of oil too it seems runs perfectly with whatever I put in it including old steel. Never a failure and no mods ever done. One day i'll pick up a shadow 2, kind of want that an a nice old smith and Wesson .357 model 27

Nice to know that you don’t have any issues. Ive been shooting Blazer Brass so far and haven’t had any issues myself. How ever I’ve actually sent them in already for a little tune up and new springs etc...I’m after a shotgun and AR next!

I love this sport

Agree.. But if you are going IPSC Production Div, make sure you make it to the minimum trigger pull in both SA and DA. And last, if you are planning to use a .22 conversion kit, you have to keep the original Main Spring. Otherwise, you will not have a reliable ignition with the rimfire kit.

If you have a chance try going to the lighter CZ hammer spring, makes a world of difference on both single and double action trigger pull.
