Restricted is restricted. Unless you cut the barrel less than 105 mm.

10.5" barrels are still available. They are imported as AR pistols. The only barrel length that is near immpossible to get is 14.5". Check out Questar's RRA pistol uppers. All you would need to find is a suitable rail system and lowprofile gas block. I would have someone assemble it for you if you do not have the tools. I recomend buying ALL the propper tools you will need or you can cause alot of damage to your rifle.

EDIT: The MI 10" FF rail would be ideal and you could get a Troy lowprofile gasblock or what I used is a badger ordnance speed block.

10.5" barrels are not available. Check Questar's Website, you'll see that they are sold out of 5.56 "pistol" uppers. No more are being approved for export by the State Dept. because us Canadians are not using them as "pistols". They got pissed. Once people sell out of what little stock they have you won't be able to get them anywhere except used or Dlask.
