My SA-20 needed a big brother so I used up some AR parts I had and went with a more retro look for this Stag 10 receiver set. Finally put it together after the 20” Barrel arrived. Still deciding which optic I am going to go with.

How do the sights line up? Was going with the same front sight but there is a 1/8” difference.

I haven’t had much time to play with it or take it out and shoot it yet, but looking through the sights in my shop they seem to line up just fine. That is a LMT rear sight I had in the parts drawer that I threw on temporarily. Once I find an optic to go on I have an ARMS folding rear sight that will replace it.
That is a Colt Canada handguard that originally came with the SA-20 next to it. Any Colt AR-15 rifle length handguard should work. The barrel is not factory. It is an Anderson Manufacturing barrel with the gas port set up for an Armalite Rifle length gas tube. That and the longer Armalite Rifle length gas tube are key to making these handguards work on an AR-10 style rifle. The 308 Delta ring assembly and barrel nut are DPMS.

Finally finished my modifications to my barrel nut, hand guard and end cap now i just need to pin the fsb and then im done with this one and i can go back to my m14 project.

(I know the triad is backwards)

Could you get a 50 front bell on that scope or would it hit the rail ?
Not exactly in the Wildbut hope to get to the range soon. Decided to replace the Magpul PRS with an LMT DMR stock. Even with the Law Tactical folder it is about 1/2” shorter LOP than the PRS.

I just ordered my stag 10 also, so just to clarify with the gas block. Is it two Allen key screws that need to be tightened? Also, when many say aligned and pushed back? Can someone shed some detail on this for the rest of us. Sorry I'm no plumber as many on here are, but I am learning.
