BL10 and Eotech Vudu

I am lucky enough to get to play with an Eotech Vudu and BL10 in 308 for the next while.

After zeroing the rifle and getting used to the trigger (I have not shot a single stage trigger in years) I managed to squeeze out these two groups. This was with factory Hornady 178gr ELD-M ammo - I am quite impressed as it did well in the Cadex I had for review as well.

Tom from GBT is lending me the scope but I will be putting a ZP5 on it next once I track down some high rings.

I can ask Chris to confirm but I am pretty sure it is a Proof Research barrel. Except for about 100 rounds on a Tavor I am a complete newb on gas guns so my knowledge of the build specs is limited.

Is it even a group if it isn't 5 rounds?

Hopefully those 178gr bthps I got from you shoot half as good in my stag10.

I have always liked the 178 bullets for 308. I could never get the BTHPs to shoot in my 223 though.

I am surprised they shoot as well as they do as they are not particularly jump tolerant. I would love to try some hand loads in this but I am not set up for 308 anymore.

Lapua Scenars or some Berger Hybrids would probably shoot even better.

I had some good groups with 168 SMK tipped and Varget.
