Welcome from Pembroke!!Fac is actually now called PAL, or , possession and acquisition licence.In order to own a gun in Canada, you are required to pass the firearms safety course,then apply for your PAL.
I talked Jeff to joining this site. Hes a buddy of mine we used to be roommates durring work up training also we used to work together. I'm helping him get his courses and stuff as much as I can being in NS. I told him about this board figured people in his area could scoop him under his wing and help him..
