M305 parts bin question

Seem to have acquired a few bits and pieces over the years for this rifle platform, I believe this is an adaptor of some sort?? Any recognize the manufacturer? Also, it does not seem to be threaded, just never seen this before. Thanks for the info

It's an m14 flash hider modified into a Breacher style muzzle device. I haven't seen that one in the pic but a former cgner made one like it but the tips were sharp and pointy
