I got my receiver set recently, so I set about to build it.
I was prepared for the tight bolt stop pin so no problem there.
What I wasn't prepared for was installing the trigger! I have a Giselle trigger (SD-E) and the only
way I could install the trigger spring legs was to tie them up with a wire tie then pull the wire out once the trigger box was in place.
Any advice? Is there a better way?
The trigger pull heavier than I want though. I should redo the trigger just to make sure it's done right.
I really want a target trigger and a module style trigger would be easier.
I haven't seen a complete list, but what other triggers work in the SLR?

Ive ran geislle and trigger tech in them. The geiselle felt like it is supposed to. I didnt have any trouble gettimg it in. I prefer the trigger tech as i have it set at 2.5 pounds.

I managed to get a trigger tech in mine. Had to open up some slots in the box to get at the set screws though. It was not very easy though so it wouldn’t be my first choice. I tried a JP adjustable, but couldn’t get the safety in after installing it. It’s now in my stag 10 and running like a top. If I was buying one especially for it I’d look at Geisselle triggers. Also for install, if your having trouble with the trigger return springs I used one of the smaller Allen keys in my set to slide the springs out from under the trigger box.

Elfman triggers are supposed to work with minor opening up of the trigger box, still waiting for mine to come in so I can't say first hand yet... i can report back whenever I get my receiver set...... true north arms sells a bunch of different elf man triggers that can be adjusted down to 2.5 pound trigger pull and is super crisp with no slop.

Geissele SD-3G in mine, pull weight shows 2-2.5 lb on crappy wheeler gauge with the lighter spring installed. For the couple installs I’ve done into the SLR I have always just used a small Allen wrench through the trigger hole in the lower to help the trigger spring slide into place.
