What optics does everyone plan on running ( or already are ) on your DubbaYah KAEY rifles? We have a Burris done up with the dot, but that darn dot is to high...need to get me some low-pro mounts offset to the right!

Going to try out an EOTech holo and then go from there. Maybe bump it up to some sort of magnification later.

The optic I planned on using (Elcan OS3) wouldn’t fit, so I literally just finished mounting a Sightron S-Tac 2-10x32 that showed up last night. It doesn’t have a lot of the modern fancy options: no illumination, no zero stop, 2FP and has capped turrets, but it’s got good glass and doesn’t weigh a whole lot. The rifle is a nice weight, and I didn’t want to go screwing it up with a big heavy scope. The reticle has a couple holdovers (300, 400 and 500) so am interested to see where these actually impact at different magnifications.
Off to the range this afternoon to sight it in.

I was going to use my Eotech but you guys ruined that plan(which would have been effing sick, btw, still mad at you about that) so I'm using a Leupold 2.5x fixed ultralight on a vortex canti mount.

Is that Burris PEPR mount the quick detach model? If not could you let us know if the burris pepr quick detach mount, mounts to the wk's rail.

Yes it fits, I have a burris pepr quick release mounted on mine.

I’ve got a primary arms 2.5x prism scope waiting in the safe. Rugged, simple and suits the gun perfectly

Maybe I'm a bit out of the loop, but what's with all the issues of mounts not fitting the rail. Isn't this a standard picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail on this rifle? And if not, will this be corrected on subsequent models down the road?

13.5 handguard? Pretty much how I wanna set one up, except I was thinking ACS stock and not sure if this grip or a trimmed k2...

I would say trimmed k2 because this k grip is pretty short. Its shorter than normal grips.
