I'm bringing my SLR down in December with zero mags. Buy two Pmags at Academy and leave em there. If I'm in the land of the free and home of the brave, you bet your a$$ I'm using full capacity mags!

If you’re doing tactical training, you’ll need more than 2 mags. Or you’ll be “ that guy” who’s holding up the class reloading your mags. PMags are like $10 each down there so are quite disposable items.

Have a good time and you’ll likely be the fastest reload dude in the group!

Ha no competition or training - just staying at a 14,000 acre ranch and will have plenty of free time and a UTV. They run PRS courses all the time so will be just doing some target shooting for fun.
