Girsan MC28TX SA 9mm Optic Ready Pistol

Some months ago I purchased a Girsan MC28. Then later when I saw that they were available , I purchased the Optic Ready top end
from Tenda and took off my regular top end and put this on.
Although the striker is in the top end, the trigger pull feels the same. Not that bad . ( I have not been to the range yet )

I think that the optics ready MC28TX is probably a standard lower with the optics ready upper on it.
If so the trigger pull should be like any MC28.

This is why I ask the question. I had a MC28 and was unhappy with the 8 pound trigger. The similar looking Canik has an excellent trigger.

I am hoping that someone who bought the new pistol can advise if the trigger is the same - or better.

The trigger is my only concern with this competitively priced pistol. Otherwise it looks like a great buy.
I thought many parts were interchangeable with the m&p including the trigger but I could be wrong. However if it is then an APEX trigger is a no brainer.
