Just a head's up for anyone who is a fan of WW I or WW II sidearms. The December Switzer auction catalog is live and they have quite a few C96's, Lugers, Inglis HP's, P38's, 1911a1's, Webleys and others.
A word of caution though....don't forget bids are plus a 15% buyer's premium, whatever tax applies in your province and a fairly stiff S&H fee (I think I paid $75 S&H from Ontario to NB last time I bought a handgun from them.) Costs can add up pretty quickly and final prices often seem to be fairly high to me. For example that Python that is @ $1600 right now would land on my doorstep in NB for about $2200 all in at that price.
If nothing else it's interesting to see the photos of that many old guns. I wonder if it's a case of a collection or an estate being liquidated?
