I have a suppressor I'll be using on the gun occasionally

the PC Carbine fits perfectly in a 10/22 takedown bag from a previous purchase

Just had to rub the suppressor in our collective Canadian Faces , didn't ya .lol
Looks like it'll go well with your security 9 , the one with the 4" barrel.

if im not mistaken you will want to run 147gr with the can on.
those should be subsonic and will make your can uber quiet.

What magazine did you get in the USA? Our guns shipped with a short mag here in Canada, it's a ten rounder, looks like an sr9c mag.

I switched mag Wells anyways, but woulda guessed a full size sr9 mag woulda been included and riveted to ten.

Can you show how the top rail attaches and how the rear sight attaches / removes? Apparently Taccom makes a pic rail to replace the rear sight.

The top rail is integral. Rear sight is attached with screws.
Up here in Canada Ruger shipped with the short compact mags instead of a pinned or plugged full size. A bit of a strange move since they don't sell compacts up here.

There are 3 models of the PC Carbine available in the US. I ordered the one with threaded barrel and 17 round SR magazine. The other 2 models are threaded barrel with 10 round magazine and a non-threaded barrel with 10 round magazine.

Ruger SR9's in Canada come with 10 rounders but they are the compact mags with the extended floor plate not pinned..... makes zero sense to send the short 10 rounders north.

Yup.

Slick looking carbine. Sort of like a 10/22 on steroids.

One of the shooters at the Fargo USPSA match I attended last week ran one in PCC. He literally got it the day before, threw a dot on it and came to the match, ran great for him.

Outa the box it's a wicked gun, runs great so far, has good iron sights. Haven't tried mine with a dot yet. It's heavier than it looks though. Not bad heavy, but you know it's there.
