nice thing about those those boys is that they still have 7 or so weeks of antler growth so they should be dandy's come mid Sept

The wife and I saw a nice big whitetail while we where out checking are hunting spots last week. He was lying in the middle of the road at around 3 in the afternoon? We thought he was hurt but he was with three other bucks and they all took off!

I have been seeing that buck in my daydreams ever since!

On a drive to a gunshop in Victoria from Duncan I saw 5 road kill deer, 2 were spotted fauns.

And a bunch of live Deer and fauns at various places along the highway that might have made a stupid move also after I drove by.

A few weeks ago at the same store their Guard deer walked by.
