Dominion Outdoors Break-In

Damn, I know the hand guns are always locked away In a big safe at gun stores at closing time

How the heck did the get into the safe before the alarm sounded and police arrived?

I know that for insurance purposes you guys gotta have hair trigger alarms and audible alarms

Did they take the whole damn safe?

Very unfourtionate and sickening to hear

There were less than 40 guns total taken, mainly handguns. We want to thank everyone for your support and patience as we get back on our feet. We will do our best to answer phone calls, emails and messages here in the meantime.

I wonder if the liberals are trying to achieve their 50% domestically sourced hand gun claim? Hope the perps are caught and items returned in short order.

They'll never return them ever. They will be evidence for years and years and eventually destroyed. Insurance is who's going to replace them. Insurance premiums go up, prices go up, we all pay... because anything to do with a gun... is never ever returned.

It is sad that the guns are in criminal hands and sad that the store will now have higher insurance, costs of repair, waiting for insurance to pay for repairs etc. One thing not noted in the story linked to was the police response time?

This epically sucks.

Hopefully the pond scums who did this get caught and get put in A nice grizzly den.

Other than putting the guns every night into a bank style vault given enough time most run of the mill safes can be broken into

Thank you for the support everyone, it sucks but we will learn from this and continue to grow to be a better, safer gun store moving forward.

As for the question of response time, our local police response time was quick, unfortunately it took less than 2 minutes to finish the job.

I can say from an experience within the last 10 years that stolen handguns have been returned to stores after being recovered.
