30-06 stripper clips

Yeah, they are really good quality. So smooth. They work for 7mm mauser also. A bunch of those were converted to 30-06, and I don't think they messed with the charger receptacle because the Swedish clips with 30-06 work in those rifles also. Now that doesn't really answer where to get some, but it should broaden your search. I think I've seen some on EE actually.

Yes, the Swedish ones work well in my 1903 and FN Mauser .30/'06. They don't have that little brass retaining nubbin on each end, which breaks off, and they don't corrode like the originals.

Standard 7.62 NATO clips work just fine in my M1903. They're plentiful and cheap.

They do,but have only one dimple in the middle, the Swedish ones have two dimples, one at each end, they lock in the small groove
in the charger guide and keep the stripper clip locked at the right angle, the NATO ones can slip out.
Also the base of the Swedish 6.5x55 cartridge is slightly larger in diameter than the 30-06,this makes the 30-06 cartridge slide
out of the Swedish stripper clip smoother then out of a NATO clip.
