Has anyone dealt with Korth Group Ltd. from Alberta. They do scope repair and warranty work for Leupold. Curious to know what they charge for repairs that the warranty does not cover. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

They were good to me. I had to send a scope in because the magnification ring was too hard to turn by hand. Good service, all covered under warranty.

Thanks guys. I have contacted them and they will be able to repair my scope. Has a very loose Adjustable Objective ring. It seems this is a common issue. The ring is either very tight or loose.

Based on my previous dealings with them and what I expect will be excellent current dealings, I will buy another Leupold scope soon.

Do they only work on Leopold scopes or on all brands, I have an Old Redfeild and Weaver that I would like to have checked out.

Same'ear.
Gave up awn Bushnell after the last two warranty claims.
They make life difficult.
Dun dun fruck'in dun with them.

I can understand that, but I'm only a few minutes away from them and have gone in in person, walked out with a new scope each time.

Do they repair the scope in house? Or do they send it back to the US?

If they send it back to the US you should make sure that the scope is not ITAR. I have heard many stories of american made scopes, purchased in canada, being sent back to the US for repair work only to have the state department refuse to let it out of the country again due to lack of export paperwork.

Most repairs are in house. If the unit must go back to the US, Leupold and Korth handle the border crossings.
