Buying Stag 10 gi tommorow! What to look for?

The stag 10 i have was a little tight for the first 20 rounds or so .(almost would not load)
Switched to surplus ammo ran 30 rounds through it.
Cleaned it lubed it and ran another 20 no problems.
Switched back to match ammo and it runs now.
After first range trip good cleaning inspection checked all fasteners lubed it.
Several shoots on it now and no problems at all .
The conclusion i came up with is like all rifles they require a break in period to smooth everything out.
Happy to hunt with a stag 10 .
round count around 260 .

Did you buy one yet? I'm selling my Stag-10 M-lok. I'm preparing to move to the U.S. to be with my GF. ITAR prevents me from bringing me Stag-10 with me. So I have to sell mine before I go, and I'll buy another one down there. Let me know if you are interested in looking at mine. I also have a Smith and Wesson AR-15 and M&P 22 pistol if any one is interested. As always, a PAL is required.

Best would be to sell the Stag and buy something else...total BS that people are having this much trouble with a new rifle. :(

Lol, yeah these things will be basically worthless in no time. I'm sure they'll be $400 each on EE within a year.

(I'll buy anyone's stag 10 for $500, sell now before the bottom drops out of the market!!!)

So, you are happy with buying a new rifle for 2K that doesn't work? Hmmmmm :)

She better atleast become your wife or else I’d never consider selling my guns and moving out of my country just for a date lol! Seen this fail too many times

Yup, ordered one during the 10% off Black Friday sale... price was too good to pass up. Fingers crossed no whammies. Good luck with the move.

Are you saying this because you don't know how anything works or did you actually get rejected when you had an ATF Form 6 filed by an American FFL?

After consulting a CBP officer specializing in firearms imports at the Eastport crossing in Idaho. The paperwork for any of my Black rifles and pistols are not worth the hassle. Even if i do fill out a form 6, there is no guarantee it will get approved. It is easier to just sell them here and buy new stuff down there. It's one less hassle to deal with.

I think something like this falls more in the domain of one of our well known importers/exporters rather than a CBP officer. I've only ever heard of people having their Russian / Chinese milsurp denied.
