Remington UMC 303 British $19.99 @Cabelas

I picked up some of this a few weeks ago thinking it was a one of pricing error. Looks like its on sale again. This is the cheapest 303 Bristish Brass ammo I have seen in a while.

yeah price can't really be beat
5 boxes is the minimum may as well order 5 boxes to add to the 303 stack. It won't be any cheaper

I haven't shot it yet. Sorry can't give any range reports. With a Brand Name like Remington why have any doubts..... i'm sure its better than their 22lr ammo.
 
In case anyone missed it, the sale price 19.99 is still on as of this writing. I had a look at the rounds I got so far, they seem decent enough. A couple of rounds on the end of the box I opened had small dings in the brass. I would shoot them regardless.

It is Remington ammo, used to shoot it but now have a stash of PPU.

If there are dings in the brass that is a problem with Cabelas not the ammo manufacturer, the stuff as been as good as any other Remington ammunition, never had a failure to fire with UMC 303 Brit.

I ordered 8 boxes a few days ago and got my UPS shipping info today. use code HOLIDAY for free shipping.
I've used free shipping codes for ammo in the past with no extra charges.

Thanks for the tip,, I tried a couple days ago and shipping was nasty, just ordered 10 boxes, used Holiday and free shipping,, so far, unless they call ya after the fact!
 
Image shows 50 round value pack. Sale shows 20 round box. Interested to see what arrives. Have had this before with cabelas and ended up with the larger box. Fingers crossed but good value either way.

When I ordered these a few weeks ago it was the same stock picture of 50 rounds. I received packages of 20 rounds though, one could only hope. I wonder how long this sale will go on for, I am tempted to order more. If they do free shipping no minimum then at least a couple more packs.

How is Cabela's responsible for case dings? Don't expect perfection from Remington UMC budget priced ammo.
