LIQUIDATION - cheapest prices in the country GUARANTEED!

Been thinking about this more. For a company that's moving solely to online sales, cancelling my $2000 order and giving those guns to someone else does nothing to make me ever want to go back to your site again.

I appreciate the position that you're in, but this was setup poorly from the start. You put yourselves in a no win situation.

This sort of thing is very common with big sales at gun stores. There have been many occasions that I've seen stores in Alberta or Ontario etc having a big sale, and the walk in clientele gets first dibbs on the deals. Seen lots of door crasher deals I wanted that never make it long enough to fulfill online orders.

Did you line up? Did you down there in person? No? Then too bad. The fact I'm not in Calgary or south west Ontario has screwed me out of sales before... But why should you get the best stuff when you didn't even have to put pants on or leave your house, let alone sit around in the cold for 2 hours? I had to give up 4 hours of my time on a Saturday morning to get these deals. That's just the way it goes with big sales more often then not it seems.

All the good gun store are not in Quebec. This is so easy for you local guys to say hey you didn't wait in the line screw you. Yeah of course I'll make thousands of kilometers to attend a sale... Seeing these sales where us online people have no chance at all just make me don't care anymore for these sales. Your lost, I have money and ready to do business. Online only is the future and I see you are going that path which is great.

Is shipping free for 300$+ of ammos? It says no but then it offers free shipping option. Expedited is kind of really expensive, not much of a deal anymore.

The best way to handle this is shut down online sales for a short time. If you're going to sell online but can't guarantee anyone will get a product it doesn't instill much confidence in the store. All online stores I deal with have real time inventory.

Or start the online sale early, as both locals and online customers still can access it at the same time, and the store doesn't get a sudden rush at opening

I ordered some stuff that was already on sale the night before the sale and I can’t get a response to pm’s or emails in regards to my order. 2377. I see half of it is sold out now but I would still like the remaining items on my order.

What’s the real estate prices like out there?

While I dont disagree with the sentiment, a company should not be accepting online orders and credit card numbers and emailing confirmation numbers for orders they are not fulfilling in this day and age. Just shut down online sales for the first day like everyone else does

Ordered my item. Got order confirmation. Took money from my credit card.

A day later I got an email saying "Not Enough Stock to fill my order"

Come on guys..

Ive had amazing service and business in the past but that's very poor organization.

Just my honest experience.

Could you message us your order number if we took money from your credit card? Money is not automatically drawn from you card as indicated by our order email: "Due to the nature of our shop, all orders are processed manually."

Also please note that the initial email is NOT an order confirmation email as indicated in said email, it is only the system letting you know your order was received: "This email is to confirm receipt of your order on ###X. Please wait for an "Order Confirmation" email - this will mean your order has been accepted and processed. A tracking number email will follow shortly after."

It's Disappointing to see them go.

I followed the stock level of the store, said hey what the hell I'll buy one of these four items all out of stock within five min.

If you look at their stock prior to the sale, where did all the handguns go? Mia.

Sold 9 plus ksgs in under a minute... Wha???

Anyways your store had its gems like other stores and I actually wish things just trucked along as normal for you guys and you stayed in the game. It's a pitty that you sale will rub people the wrong way and will set you on a path of possible obscurity.

It is a sale guys, I was all hyped up for it too, but went into it with the realistic expectation that I wouldn't get anything. Stop whining like a bunch of 2 year olds.
"Oh I didn't get my super cheap gun that was getting liquidated, guess I will complain about it on the internet!"

I hate the saying, "First World Problem" but it describes this fiasco to a tee.

I dont see anyone here whining about not getting a gun. We are providing feedback to the way sales and marketing is carried out. Which applies to all businesses on here and is good for the marketplace to learn from. Enjoy your purchases guys and best of luck to Rebecca / Eagle. Cheers

It went fast, with a capital F. I tried to buy it within seconds of the sale opening and it was gone before I finished checking out. That will teach me to shop using my iPad instead of the trusty computer.

As luck would have it, I loaded up my shopping cart with the times I wanted before the system shut down in the morning. I didn't pull the trigger because they were still listed at full price. I used an auto clicker to refresh my page every 10 seconds while I was working on other things, so I'd be able to jump as soon as the site was up. As soon as the site went live at 10:31 PST, the items were still in my shopping cart, but with the new sales price. It was straight to check out and boom done in under 60 seconds, and there were still almost 20 orders in front of me.

I've seen dozens of these types of sales over the years, and I've never managed to get in the door fast enough. Regardless of how the sale unfolds online vs in store, some times you're the windshield and some times your the bug. This time, I WON!

As awkward as the sale was yesterday, they were upfront about it. It wouldnt turn me off of a future sale from Eagle, but willd efinitely csuse me ti better manage expectations going into the next one.
