Yes we are contacting everyone with a partial order fulfillment. Please check SPAM. We will never ship an order that's incomplete without contactingfirst.

So.. pretty much is it safe to assume that if we did not get a confirmation email for an orders less than 2446 that its canceled?

1 item picture/description disappeared from my order but its price is still there and calculated in the total
Order status changed to "paid" but still "unfulfilled"

Paid means you got it. Fulfillment email will be the email with your tracking number - looking at tomorrow most likely. Would love to stay longer but my health is not great! Thank you for everyone’s patience.
 
Sounds like many orders even right at 1030am were bypassed. I am not sure why it was even an "online" sale. An unfortunate waste of time for most of us.

Unfortunately only a small portion of people were not able to get what they wanted. Less than 10- we are juggling the best we can. As we said, going forward they will only have online sales as the brick and mortar will close in the new year. This will no longer be a problem in the future.
