I can't seem to find much for reviews on the Maple Ridge Armory 18.6" barrels in.223 wylde. Can anyone offer there personal experience after some trigger time using these barrels?

I have one waiting to be installed in my rifle. I just have to get my buddy to drop it off at my place (we ordered two and shipped to his place).
As soon as I get it I'll do a range report.

Sorry it doesn't help you right now but I hope to have it within a week or two.

All the specs point towards it being a good shooter and there was a thread not too long ago where a couple guys had positive reports.

I ended up going with a Faxon 20" heavy fluted. Nice barrel, was hoping to get one under 2lbs but this one is super close.

I have a black mid length .223 on my SLR which I am very satisfied with.

I have one mounted on my SLR, it's accurate. All MRA barrels are made by IBI out of chilliwack BC, the only thing MRA does to them is add fluting and a black finish if you don't want the SS finish.

I put about 1500 rounds through mine, it's very consistent even with multiple shots fired in succession. I also have the MRA 15" M-lok hand guard and brake on mine and I love the look. I just bought the same hand guard/brake set up along with a MRA 18.6" .223 wylde pencil barrel in black to go with my MS build because I like the looks and quality so much.

If MRA does the muzzle threads i wouldn’t trust it, maybe ask for them to install brake in advance.
My MRA brake nearly killed my 19’’ IBI muzzle threads, barely salvageable before having to re-cut barrel.
I am 100% sure the brake was the culprit, and have had someone PM me having same exact conclusion/problem.

Have a 308 barrel to install... Hope it's decent. Pencil barrel for a bullet hose but still want it to be good. Is their finish work that bad?

Actually this is incorrect. MRA does everything. Glad its shooting well for you!

hope they don't base 1/2 MOA by their chamber jobs...cause they suck

I bought a Odin works barrel, and the chamber looks terrible. I borascoped the chamber and barrel and it looks like they reamed the chamber dry. There is a lot of machine marks. Looking for back up barrel if it doesn’t shoot.

I have a International Barrel 19" black Friday special with a Maple ridge 3 port brake and it threads buttery smooth
